Birth

    • 2 Prenatal Meetings

      • 1 Meeting around 25 weeks gestation

      • 1 Meeting 35 weeks gestation

    • Available for conversation via text and call in preparation for birth

    • 24/7 On - Call 38 weeks +

    • Active Labor + Birth Support

    • Breastfeeding support during first hour following delivery

    • 2 Postpartum Check-Ins

      • 1 hour visit between 4-7days PP

      • 1 hour visit around 3-4 weeks PP

  • -Arrive 1 hour before Surgery Time

    -Support throughout surgery

    -Breastfeeding support

    -Stay 4 hours after surgery to care for mom and baby after entering PP room

Postpartum

  • The postpartum period is full of varying needs. My role as your postpartum doula would be to support you in whatever would be most helpful to you as you welcome your new tiny miracle into your home.

    Postpartum Care Needs includes but not limited to...

    • Meal Preparation

    • Breastfeeding Support

    • Home Care (Laundry, Dishes, Cleaning, etc.)

    • Intentional Baby Care to free up time for mom + dad to rest and or take care of themselves

    • Care for siblings

    • A listening ear to process through birth story and or life happenings

    • Provide spiritual support (prayer, scripture, encouragement)

    -Time is scheduled in 4 hour blocks-

20% of payment due at initial booking

Remaining 80% of cost will be due at 35 weeks.
